As a Justice of the Peace (Qualified), my main role is to witness the
signing of official documents. In my position as JP (Qual) I am trusted to
act responsibly. This means that the documents I witness have more legal
weight than a document witnesses by someone without the official position.
I can witness people signing documents as prescribed by law -
certifying copies of documents as true copies and sign statutory declarations,
affidavits, wills, power of attorney, enduring power of attorney and advance
health directives, documents dealing with land titles plus many more.
I am available to carry out my duties at all times, you can make an appointment
for a time that suits.
